Product photos are studio renders of the styles we stitch; "YOUR LOGO" and "ABC" are placeholders, not customers. Customer pieces are added as they ship.

Every piece is checked against the proof. Your stitch file and thread colors stay on record, so a reorder is a one-line e-mail.

Pricing
What moves the price, and what doesn't
We quote per piece, all in. The number depends on four things.
- Stitch count
- A small left-chest logo is a few thousand stitches. A full back is tens of thousands. Simpler artwork costs less every time.
- Quantity
- The per-piece price drops in steps at 12, 24, 48 and 96. Ask for the next break if you're close.
- Garment
- Supply your own or pick from our catalog. We price the blank at what we pay, plus the stitching.
- Placements
- Each extra location (sleeve, back, name) is priced separately, so you can add or drop them.
- Included
- Digitizing on reorders, thread color matching to your brand, the stitch-out proof, and a written record of your order.
Questions
Before you ask for a quote
What is the minimum order?
One piece for personalized gifts and monograms. Twelve pieces for team and corporate orders, which is where the per-piece price starts to make sense. One garment you already own, with a logo, is accepted at the single-piece stitching rate.
How long does an order take?
Tell us the date you need the pieces in hand and we quote against it. We plan team orders for two to three weeks from proof approval. Gifts and small runs are faster. Rush is possible on some garments; ask.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) is best. A clean PNG or JPG works for most logos. We digitize the artwork into a stitch file, send you a stitch-out proof, and keep the file on record for reorders.
Can you embroider garments I already own?
Yes for most fabrics. Send a photo of the item and where you want the embroidery and we will confirm before you ship anything.
Do you match thread colors to a brand guide?
Yes. Send Pantone or hex values and we pick the closest thread; the stitch-out proof shows the match on the actual fabric.
What drives the price?
Stitch count, quantity, the garment and the number of placements. Digitizing is a one-time cost and is waived on reorders. Thread color matching is included.
Where are you?
Laurel, Maryland, serving Howard, Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties. There is no storefront. Orders are handled by e-mail and the quote form. Larger runs can be delivered or handed off by appointment.
